Set of 6 butter knives; bright steel finish blades with rounded points; tang inserted into celluloid handle that is colored and grained to look like ivory; handles have a slight taper of being 1/2" at hilt and 5/8" at butt. Blades are stamped "GERMANY/CARL WAGNER, JR" Part of 1986.014.001; knives are stored in lid and each one has a place, knives are stored so that butt rests in a bright metal compartment and rounded point rests in a bright metal compartment that slides forward allowing butt end to come free of its holder, knives are set in lid in horizontal format.. Knives are subnumbered 1986.014.004A thourgh 1986.014.004F
