Subject is lady seated beside a table covered with a floral print; not square to camers, her left shoulder (tintypes are reverse image) isin froeground; dark hair parted in middle and pulled back with a braid across the top of head; wearing dark bodice with drop shoulders, that buttons down the front, short peplum; skirt is lighter taffeta; wearing long sting of beads and long earrings have 3 hanging ofjects; one hand in lap and other arm resting on table; jewelry has been colored gold and floral colors added to table covering.
