Has threaded metal base with one contact point on base; lead in wires enter on either side of exhaust tube and exit the pinch; pinch narrows to a stem just above this point is a button, another button at top of stem; top button supports 5 very fine wire hooks, bottom stem has 4 such hooks; lead wires attach to filament which loops througth the hooks till complete circuit; the pinch is embosseded "130"
In yellow but so faint as to be nearly invisible is the "G.E." circle logo and above that is "Edison/Maxda" one side of circle is "40/w" other is "120/v"
