Threaded metal base w/one contact point on bottom; clear glass has small extension on top left from manufacture; lead in wires come thru exhaust tube & exit pinch; bottom of exhaust tube packed w/insulation; pinch narrows to a stem and just above this point is a button, another button at top of stem; top button has 6 fine wire hooks, bottom button has 5; lead in wires attach to filament which loops throught hooks to complete circuit; pinch is embossed "6/40"
Near base bulbs have round "G.E." logo; around logo is "National/Maxda"Collection
