Clear glass bulb, has small extrusion at top left from manufacturing; lead in wires come through exhaust tube, exit the pinch, bottom of exhaust tube packed w/insulation; where pinch narrows to stem is a button, another button at top of stem; top button supports 5 fine wire hooks, bottom button has 4; lead in wires attach to filament which loop through wires to complete circuit; pinch embossed "4/5"; threaded metal base has one contact point on bottom.
