Threaded metal base with one contact point on bottom; clear glass bulb w/small extrusion on top left from manufacturing; lead in wires through exhaust tube & exit pinch; exhaust tube packed with insulation and also a paper label; a short metal support stack in center of pinch; filament soldered to lead-in wire, loops & is soldered to support, loops again before soldered to other lead-in to complete circuit; handwritten marks on pinch first character chould be "a" or "d" rest is "1119" 4 bulbs sub numbered 1988.052.025 A,B, C, & D
