Threaded base w/one contact point on bottom; clear glass bulb wider at top than bottom, small point of glass left at top from making bulb; 2 lead-in wires come thru exhaust tube & exit pinch, bottom exhaust tube packed insulation; pinch narrows to a stem with a button at top & another just above lead-in wires, each button supporting 6 metal hooks; lead-in wires attach to fine filament which runs between hooks; handwriting on pinch appears to read "209/133" other side of pinch has a check mark.
Etched on bulb near base is "Edison Mazda"; one bulb has paper label identifying as a 25 w Edison Mazda made by G.E."
