Threaded base w/one contact point on bottom; lead in wires are beside exhaust tube and exit the pinch; pinch narrows to a stem and where it does there is a button, another button on top of stem; top button supports filament which loops around hooks until completes circuit; pinch embossed with a "6" or a "9" just above exhaust tube. Top of bulb printed; has "G.E." inside a circle and around outer edge of circle is "Mazda 25w 120v" 2 lamps sub numbered 1988.052.019 A & B
