Piece of paper with watercolor painting on both sides; finished side is in blues, greens, browns, whites and blacks, and it shows a steam locomotive pulling a train rounding a curve between two small hills, 2 trees on right side of picture and in foreground is a white board fence on either side of the tracks; unfinished side is of 3 boats, left side shows tan colored hull of boat w/red water line and another red stripe between water line and gunwale, everything above gunwale is penciled; 2nd boat is in middle, shows prow and one side, painted 2 shades of blue, everything above gunwale penciled in; 3rd boat is on right side, tan color and flat appearance like a barge; above 2nd boat is green and brown shading like top of palm tree.
