Photographic print of Louis H. Grover in his WW I Army uniform standing in front of a mountain scene backdrop, floor also has a very noticeable design. The print is either sepia or gold-toned; print is held in the folder by a gray mat which has brown/gold stripes for decoration; folder is between brown and gray in color and has a raised varied-width vertical line pattern; front cover has embossed profile of long-haired young woman in classical dress blowing 2 trumpets. On mat board underneath print it reads: "NATIONAL STUDIOS/444 S. Fourth Ave. /Louisville, KY. Someone, probably donor, wrote on back of folder "Louis H. Grover,1917, Camp Knox, Ky."
