Description

An adding machine capable of doing 9 columns. This machine has glass sides so the working interior is visible. Iron pieces holding glass in place are black. Buttons for entering numbers are on top and arranged in rows. There is a crank on the right side advancing the numbers into a running total. Name "Burroughs" appears twice on visible portion of the machine but main info is on the underside: "Made by Burroughs Adding/Machine Co. Detroit, Mich. USA". Serial number is engraved on machine front "1--624816". ****see 81.44.2 for adding machine stand.
