A square metal base at the front of which are two metal supports on opposite sides which hold a fluted cylinder; this cylinder has a wooden handle metal crank attache by a thumb screww; a cruved metal arm attached to the base by 2 bolts supports a second fluted cylinder on a lever; the top of the metal arm has a large screw to keep the cylinder inn place; there is also a locking device on the metal arm which hold the lever.
