AP'D FOR" Special function: Attachment for the domestic sewing machine to make gathers and ruffles. References: Isaac M. Sheaffer born at Rotheville, Penn. 11/1/1849 and died in London, Ind 2/16/1930. Rose A. (Gould) Sheaffer was born at Pleasentview, Ind. 11/4/1858 and died 1/22/1949 in London, Ind. Remarks: Found in sewing machine No. 84.53.7
