Rudy. bottom of sheet printed "Published by Krell-French Music Company/108 Monument Place/ Indianapolis, Indiana." Note: Alonzo Rice was Shelby Co. Poet and friend of Major's; donor stated found in his attic after his wife, Mary Ellen Kuhn, died; he had no idea why she had it. Physical Characteristics: Paper framed 13-5/8" x 17-5/8"
