One side has notice about; Mosquito bites cause malaria; instructions for avoiding bites. Opposite side has sandy, rough striking surface. matches are wooden with green color 1/2 way down, tips are red with the green, Piece of cardboard in box to hold matches in place.
Lid is printed "Universal Match Corporation/St. Louis,Mo."
