Men's Black Flocked Silk Top Hat

Description

Man's hat in top hat or plug style. It is black made from a flocked silk; has a ribbed black cord for a hat band. The brim which goes all around hat is 2 1/4" wide is edged with cloth. Inside of hat appears to be a material similar to cardboard or paste board. It has a 2 3/4" leather sweat band.
