Description

Hat, black felt with a high crown, center crease 6" at back and 3" at front; has 4" brim; hat band is .75" black grosgrain ribbon which ties in a flat bow on left side of hat; has 2" leather band on the inside; in back is silk tape for adjusting size and it is tied in a bow.
