Hat, white cotton duck, 2" black band, 1.25" wide black grosgrain ribbon on band, two 15" ribbons down the back with gold anchor at tips. Russian lettering across front of band. The lettering indicates that this a cadet hat from the Mikhail Frunze school in Leningrad.
