A. Overcoat is long, with 6 large blue double breasted buttons down the front. 4 buttons on each lower sleeve on band for fit adjustment, side pockets and a flap at right shoulder, mostly under lapel anchored with button. There are 2 belt loops on each side and a side pocket at each side below the waist.
B. Blue wool liner with zipper to attach to the other side of the zipper inside the coat.
