Wood, completely rpund, 10 1/4" across; four small holes that measure 1/2" across; two pieces of wood nailed to the bottom that measure 3/4" x 1 1/2" x 7 1/2" in longest point. one large hole on same side as two pieces of wood that measure 1 3/8" also has a 1/4" groove that runs arount the circumberence. Marks: Numbers stamped "206" Special Function: originally was used by the Bogemann Sisters Millinery" and changed to the Cecilia Bogemann Hat Shop" at 212 South Harrison Street, Shelbyville, Indiana
