Wood, has four holes, two large, measure 7/8" across, two small, measure 1/2" across' not completely round; more egg shaped; at widest pint, it measures 7 7/8" inches & at narrowest pont it measures 6 3/4" Special Function: originally was used by the Bogemann Sisters Millinery" and changes to the Cecilia Bogemann Hat Shop" at 212 South Harrison Street., Shelbyville, Indiana.
