Description

Among the clerical objects from the Fountaintown Tuesday Club. A postage stamp moistener comprised of a rectangular holder with a cyllindrical roller that is suspended by a rod that passes through the middle of the cylindar and rests in niches cut out of the sides of the holder. Water would be placed in the bottom of the holder, and when the roller was spun, it would moisten postage stamps to be applied to letters.
