There is evidence that the program was at one time covered in a waxed-paper protector. The pages are of a cream-color paper with a bold watermark and black printing.
The first page reads: "Music Study Club/ Organized 1903/Shelbyville, Indiana/ 1910- 1911." Inside is a listing of officers, committees, members, by-laws, constitution and a schedule of meetings with agendas from 10/1910 through 04/1911.Collection
