FIC 03/2006. Program in landscape format. Cover is of cream cardstock with black printing that reads: "Music Study Club/Shelbyville, Indiana/1930-1931." There are two holes at the spine with a cream cord tied in. Pages are cream-color paper with brown printing. Inside is a listing of officers, committees, members, constitution, by-laws, schedule of meetings with agendas from 10/1930 through 05/1931. There are some pencil markings inside but overall condition is good.
