Scope and Content

A mourning card-black background. All gold printing/ oval at top of card lists deceased as Samuel Nail/ Died April 11, 1900. The oval is surrounded by a floral wreath. Above it reads " In Loving Remembrance of" Below "Gone but not forgotted" Followed by a poem. The poem is followed by as open Holy Bible. Palm boughs are on each side of the poem. Copyright by "H.F. Wendell & Co. Leipsic, O" at bottom front. Tag from old collection #32A/S. Nail/(2) on back . Physical Characteristics: 4 3/8" x 6 5/8" Paper
