The middle outside panel, also full color shows a montage of artists' rendering of boy scouts in various service activities. The motto: LOYALTY/PATRIOTISM/SERVICE are on a banner. The left outside panel shows: Robert Aulby/November - 1943 as member and cardholder. Aulby's card # was A 4236927. Inside left panel shows the Scout Oath and the Scout Law with the primary thought or slogan in red ink, and the secondary narrative in black ink. There are 10 tenents to the Scout Law. The middle inside panel shows a personal record of achievements and accomplishments in the scout organization. The lower portion shows offices and special duties in the scout organization. The right inside panel shows narrative and a signature line for validation of the cardholder. This card has the signature: D.H. Wilson on the line with the typed title under the signature: SCOUT EXECUTIVE OR COMMISSIONER.
