Description

Wooden and metal punch needle with tin hinge and guide; one hook with hole in it and plain end on the other, small rivets on each piece of metal, slot cut in wooden handle. Tool used for punched hooked rugs - used with two hands on tightly taut background, yarn threaded in it and fed out as handles were moved.
