A 3/4" thick board that is wider at one end than at the other; the more narrow end has a 63 1/2" pole stuck in it whereas the wider end had 14 holes of 5/8" diameter drilled in it; holes are arranged in rows of 3,2,3,2,2,; paddle and pole are at 90 degree angle to each other. Used to stir apples in kettle while cooking down apple butter.Collection
