A rust colored booklet holder-of cardboard that has a front and back with place for inserting items inside. Black printing on the front; some stamps inside, a 1943 calendar printed on back. Marks: Back flap printed "MFGD. BY SMEAD MRG. CO." inside front flap is printed at bottom "Carrithers & Co." Used to hold ration books of stamps in WWII- an advertising item from Herman Weinantz, Flat Rock, Ind. THIS SHOULD BE IN ARCHIVES SECTION!
