Image is an interior view of a drug store; foreground dominated by a marble or onyx soda fountain counter, at far end of counter is young man wearing coat and tie; standing by him with one arm on the cash register is another young man who is coatless but wearing a very wide tie; cash register is on the back counter under a mirror and lettering on mirror reads "Creamie/ Root Beer/5 cents". Inscribed in ink on back of mount is: "This is W. L. Parish Drug Store/on Main St., Morristown, Ind./with Leon V.
