2 cloth patches; one is a red arc about 3" long x 7/8" wide,has gold thread trim w/word "Korea" inside trim, has a black backing; other is a green felt - 1-7/8" x 2" has a blue embroider section in center and white lettering against blue reads "Korea", ends of this patch are folded over and stapled giving it a table like shape from side.
Used by John R. McCrea 1919-1981
No reference to these appearing on U.S. uniform; unsure of exact purposes.
