Two computer print-out copies of a photograph of Judge William Jenkins Peasley (1803-1868). He was instrumental in establishing the first railroad west of the Allegheny Mountains in Shelbyville, Shelby Co., Indiana. Donation, April, 2004 by John Elliott Sayler, Sr. (Great-Great-Grandson) and John Elliott Sayler, Jr. (Great-Great-Great-Grandson). A third copy of this photo has been added to the Railroad Room display. The original letter (C) that was sent with these photos, and with 2004.134.002, is included in same envelope with these photos.Collection
