Bottom of one side printed "Paid for by/Friends of Phil Sharp/P.O. Box 1046, Muncie, Indiana 47308" also a union shop mark nearby Free campaign give away used to advertise candidates in 1988 election. Local Democrats had few give aways in 1988 and those items usually small, average quality and limited in variety. Physical Characteristics: 8" x 3-1/2" paper
