Description

Communion plate. Flat bottom curving upward to rim to a flat plane with a slight raise from rim to a beaded edge. Marks: An anchor encircled by words "HOMAN MFG COMPANY". And a hammer and crucible with "H" stamped in crucible. Also stamped "QUADRUPLE PLATE" and "SPECIAL METAL"/1428/lines above "QUADRUPLE PLATE" too worn to read. This is part of a communion set used at Toner Chapel. See also 83.5.1thru 83.5.4.
