Projectile Points/Adena Stemmed points/Also known as "Beavertails"/These points have an ovate base and lanceolate blades. Adena stemmed points are diagnostic of the Adena Culture of the Early Woodland Period. These types of points have been found used ceremonially in burials as well as tools of habitation.
