Description

Projectile Point - Delhi/point exhibits a straight stem, long trianguloid blade and barbed shoulders. Color -red. This example appears to exhibit some small areas of cortex on both sides of the blade. Delhi points are diagnostic of the Late Archaic-Early Woodland Period. Point Found in Collection on a board with a note saying that it was found in Shelby County and donated by M/M Harry C. Morrison. References: Projectile Points and Their Chronology" Noel D.
