PostcardDescription
Postcard dating back to October, 6, 1909. Written by a local man named Harry Vaught to a lady he refered to as Miss Edna Sparks of Ohio. It is a friendly note with no specific detail of important world or local events. On the back side there is an illustrated photo of Harrison St. in Shelbyville, IN. Across the bottom in red ink it says, "Harrison Street, Looking South, Shelbyville, Ind."
The postcard itself has some discoloration, markings on the illustration, and has some surfaces roughness in the two top corners and the bottom right corner (side with the written message) as if the stamp and other sticky components were removed.. For its age, it's in really good shape.Collection
