A bucket shaped device on four squat legs and a spout at the bottom. The legs have holes os press can be secured to work surface. Inside there is a rolled iron strainer which has been tinned. There is also a cast iron strainer that fits ibn the bottom. There is a bow shaped device that fits over the top. This piece has a threaded rod down the center and two cog gears. Handel on side turns gears and this lowers the threaded rod and a flat metal plate putting pressure on lard. Bow piece swings in place on a rod and locks by means of a lever.
Bow shaped poiece over top marked "ENTERPRISE MF'G CO Phila. U. S. A" on opposit side is 2092.
