Press, LardDescription
Link sausage attachment for a lard press. Silver in color and towards the back is a coupling that attaches to the press (84.54.1) on the other end is a little cap that has a chain on it and the chain is attached to the back part of the tube.
Special function: Used to make sausage links. Ground sausage was put in to press and the attachment was put on. Cleaned hog gut was used as the skin for the sausage. First you tied a knot in the gut at one end and then pushed the gut up onto the attachment, as you cranked the sausage into the gut, you twisted it when the link got long enough.
Remarks: Works with parts 84.53.2 and A,B,D,E
