Device fits over pump spout by means of attached wire bail; length of pipe runs to bottom opening & water pumped directly into device flows through pipe to desired location; because wire bail is attached to piece that rotates 360 degree possible to send water to numerious spots from one pump.
One side is embossed but lettering is rusty appears to read "A.Y. McDonald/MFG Co./Dubuque, IA"
May have been used by Horatio Davis, a Morristown School teacher, but no documentation.Collection
