A pliers-like tool made of two pieces of metal which are interconnected so as to allow each piece to open and close; at one end are handles which curve inward; at the opposite end are two jaws, one jaw has a cone shaped metal die which screws into it and the other jaw has a square brass plate with a circle stamped into it.
