Main body of tool has a flat lip on each side which is notched with a long tail behind main body with hole drilled in end notching and hole used to secure tool to a stable work surface; main body is in a flattened "C" shape; upper portion of "C" shape has a threaded rod through it at the front; directly below the threaded rod is a hole; above the tail is a lever that pulls down causing a piece of metal to come up through the hole. Believed to be a riveter; used for attaching harness section with a metal rivet. Both side of main body are marked 'LITTLE GIANT'Collection
