Ruler; top marked off in 12" with 16ths between marks; bottom scaled for 30 centimeters with millimeter markings between; the scale marks are on slightly beveled areas, they are raised from surface and printed black on white; center of ruler is a royal blue and has gold colored lettering advertising "Farmers Mutual Fire Ins. Co. of Johnson & Shelby Counties."
