Small balancing scle; two dishes made of brass and 2 3/4" indiameter hung by three threads to each to free swinging balancing arm; balancing arm suported in middle by two vertical arms that join at their top in something of an upside down heart; the heart has a hole at point through which an "S" hook is inserted, "S" has a tassle on it; also a vertical indicatior on balancing arms that swings between vertical arms; and under neath this is a plumb bob.
