Blue and White; Crochet strips (14) attached to each other by machine stitch, white thread; strips have blue X pattern with white round snowflake in center; on narrow edge 2 strips are sewn the opposite way; off-white fringe on 3 sides; fringe is looped thru holes on edges; then strands are separated and knotted to each other forming a 'Y', fringe ends hang from knot
