Handle rounded at top; bottom tapered to point; point fitted into cone shaped metal piece in base; two large screws inserted in cone of handle; Bristle on bottom, 12 rows one way, 15 the other; bristles set in wooden base; black felt around edge; heavy metal capover wooden and bristle base; nut and bolt centered 1 1/2" fron edge; semi-circular metal piece mounted on both sides in center of top, metal rod holds Y-shaped black piece; rod is secured at each end with a nut; black piece is where handle attachs; two screw holes on flared piece. In raised lettering on base, Wisco, 208.. Two pieces, 1983.045.046A & B
