Hand operated seal with holes locted in front and back for fasteni g to secure base; seal is in front; supporting piece is in back, arch shaped; a tqice curved handle located at very top in the front; painted black; gold stripe at each side of base; gold stripin arund opening for sea; gold stripe in center of support at back and gold stripe at front around notch for jandle; red star on both side of support arch; with three gold lines on each side of ed start; red circle on each side of handle hinge pin; seal is leaded in at bottom of base.
