A crank powered machine for separating cream and skim. It has a detachable platform to hold an electric motor plus a pulley and brake for use with the motor. The top has a large bowl to hold the milk which flows into a twin spouted housing. Inside the housing are a stack of discs which rotate when the crank is turned. This spinning action separates the heavier cream which comes out on to the spouts. Modle # 54-238 serial # 56 M7504. Has a 600 lb capacity.
