White silk shoulder wrap; overall embroidery in white silk thread; center back has an embroidered panel with 2 buttons made of white silk cord and 3 silk tassels hanging from bottom button; neck edge has embroidered panel edged with fringe; 6" fringe on outer edge; two 16" silk cords with 6" tassels used for closing.
