Dark green painted steel shovel with dark green painted wooden handle, encased in heavy khaki canvas case; shovel folds to store in the case. Case 10-1/2" long, 7-1/2" wide. Case has six rivets and a snap on flap. On back are two metal brackets to fasten case on a belt. Case has four leather strips, natural color for reinforcing. A snap loop on one side-strap 1-1/2" wide 2" long
Used in Korean War or peacetime campaign.
